True Worshipers
"Let us love God and adore him with purity of heart and mind, because he himself, singling this out above everything else, says, 'True worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth' (Jn 4:23). For all who adore him must adore him in spirit and truth. And let us adore him and pray to him day and night saying, 'Our Father, who art in heaven,' because we 'need to pray continually and never lose heart' (Lk 18:1)." --St. Francis, Letter to All the Faithful, Second Version
Because God is spirit we must worship Him from our spirit--that is to say, we must worship Him not with our bodies but with our essence.
