This is only a small portion of the wild animals that have visited our little piece of God's creation: Doe and her fawn; raccoon; black bear, pileated woodpecker; hawk; fox holding a dead skunk. I could have also shown you: wild turkeys, a pheasant, various other birds, snakes, frogs, turtles, squirrels, chipmunks, ground hogs, rabbits, chickens, various insects, a horse, and even a pig! God has given us charge over the earth, from its animals to its landscape. We will be held responsible for how well we take care of all that He has given us.
I am grateful that I have such a bountiful piece of property on which to live and care for.
