This is the sunrise, taken from the window by my desk. I like the New Living Translation version of Proverbs 4:18: "The way of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn...." Seeing the sky lit up before I can actually see the sun is like holding the promise of each new day in my heart that if I follow in the path God has prepared for me as one of His children that even more light shall be shed across it to lead the way.
