This photo depicts one of the areas I know I need to improve on when it comes to self-control. Too often in the name of self-control we deny ourselves something, which leads to wanting the thing even more. I prefer the King James translation of temperance: moderation in the indulgence of a natural appetite or passion. Moderation is the key. Balance in all things.
