God has time and again shown His divine nature and eternal power in and through nature. To stand beneath a flowering tree and look up into the deep-blue sky and see a bird soaring and clouds floating by is awe-inspiring. In today's Our Daily Bread Sheridan Voysey notes that "Nature often gets worshiped instead of God." Instead he encourages us to worship the Creator behind the beauty and awesome power of nature.
I am grateful that I have eyes to see, ears to hear, a nose to smell, a tongue to taste, and touch to feel all that God has created for me to enjoy.
