I created this entrance to our "Enchanted Woods" for our granddaughter--a place where the fairies live. To enter, you must take an acorn from the bowl and place it in the apron of the "Door Fairy." This is all fantasy, of course, but entering God's kingdom is not. We are like the little acorn when we have Christ because He is like the hidden life the acorn contains. When allowed to germinate the life within the acorn will send out a tap root which will support the growth of the mighty oak tree. In Christ alone are we able to fulfill our purpose.
