Jesus said that the Kingdom was coming quickly. He was referring to his death, resurrection, and the coming of the Holy Spirit. We are told that the Kingdom of God is within--it is the indwelling Spirit of God that we receive when we believe. It saddens me when people only think of God as "out there". When we pray we are to go into our "closet," i.e., within ourselves where God resides. We have everything we need already. It's just a matter of sorting through the clutter in our closets and finding it!
